Can I just say, OH MY FUCKING GOD WHAT A RELIEF.
Starting weight: 160
Last week(s): 154
This week: 152.5
Total Loss/Gain: -7.5
However, (theres always a however =[ ) I fear my scale is playing it's evil little tricks on me. This morning I weighed myself and I was 152.5. I ate breakfast, and I was STILL 152.5. I just drank two big glasses of lemonade and ate dinner, and yes, I'm still at 152.5
How is that even possible? I know my scale isn't broken because I tested it with a 5 pound weight. Shouldn't my weight be going all over the place after I eat? Not that I'm complaining, I will gladly take 152.5 over 154 any day. I just want to know if I'm being punk'd by my scale.
Anyone else have this problem?
