Umm, I've never really gone on a diet before but I've been really dumb at one point of time early this year and I didnt eat regular meals - I skipped my breakfast and dinner and I ended up around 57kg which was really good. But I started eating properly again and I resulted in THIS terrible weight. I'm trying to find exercises to make the thighs smaller and I've been doing at least 60 situps and 60 crunches a day since last month because I want to rid of the flab on my tummy ( it's not a BIG flab, it's just one of those 'i-wont-go-away' things and I just hate it. )
So, here's a brief plan of what I intend to do. ^^;
Diet: No more bread. Cut down on rice. At least 8 glasses of water a day. Fruits, fruits fruits. Plus I really need help because I can NEVER get counting calories - I dont usually cook my own food. ^^;
Exercise: Aim to reach 90-100 situps and 100 crunches a day; Need to find some form of exercise to slim down my thighs; 50 pushups a day; Jog for an hour at least twice a week since I have school and all.
Soo... Comments? Ideas? ^^; Thanks in advance! I really need help on this. >< I'm not very happy with the way I am.
